Hat & Scarf Colors:  Due to variations in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors presented on-screen with actual products.  However we have tried to accurately name the colors (periwinkle / bubble gum / etc) to best represent their true appearance.

Return Policy:  If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order we will gladly exchange it for the correct item and absorb the shipping costs.   For all other returns, we will be happy to exchange your item (in new, unworn condition) for another providing you cover the cost of duplicate postage.
